What is the difference between an OBM and a VA?

A VA is a support role where you have recurring and easily delegable tasks that need to get done on a daily/weekly basis. VAs are an invaluable part of your business, WHILE, an OBM is someone who provides support in three ways: Management, Strategy, and Implementation. They are entirely immersed in the mission of your business to drive your vision forward and ensure all functions of the company are achieving operational excellence.

How many hours per week do you work on a retainer basis?

My standard retainer packages for the OBM role come between 20-40 hours per month (customs packages can be discussed) While the VA role depends on the tasks to be delegated. We split this time on a weekly basis and are flexible to reserve some hours throughout the month as project demands change. Factors that determine those hours include the size of your team, systems implementation needed, and the executive strategy needed to support your business.

How do you ensure data security and confidentiality while working remotely?

We utilize encrypted communication channels, secure file-sharing platforms like LastPass, and access controls to ensure data confidentiality. Our team adheres to strict security protocols to protect sensitive information.

In what currency do you operate and accept payments?

Our pricing is denominated in US Dollars; however, we also welcome payments in British Pounds and Euros at their equivalent values.

What's the expected timeline for seeing tangible improvements after engaging your services?

Depending on the complexity of the project, you can expect to see noticeable improvements within the first few months of engagement. We provide regular progress updates to keep you informed.

I will send you a Proposal, When it is signed, I will then send you a Contract based on our agreement and an Invoice for payment.

I will schedule a kick-off call. Here on, our work begins. We begin strategy, mapping out plans, onboarding, and implementation processes (depending on the service), and we will take it on from there!
